PERFUME4ALL is committed to the creation of quality throughout all its services and products. Our belief is that quality is the delivery of excellent services or products to our customers at competitive prices and delivered on time. Shipping Information

All orders received at our online store are processed upon receipt. All merchandise usually ships next business days, depending on the availability of the merchandise and verifying credit information. If there is a delay in your order due to the unavailability of the merchandise, you will be contacted within 48 hours, either by phone or email. You will then have the option to either pick another item or cancel the order.
We offer the following shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States:

Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at: info@perfumes4all.com Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

Missing items

If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at: info@perfume4all.com . Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open the item as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department at: info@perfumes4ll.com . and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order for us to investigate the error please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

Sales Tax

All New York residents are required to pay sales tax @ 8.875%. This will be automatically computed and added to your total when you finally checkout.

Cancellation

If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for return authorization. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Please email our Customer Service Department at info@perfumes4all.com and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details. Please note that we will not refund delivery charges. In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights are not affected

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We can not refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order. No questions asked!
